My name is Toru Noda, and I was appointed CEO on April 1, 2024.

Solasto has continued to drive the Medical Outsourcing Business since it was founded in 1965. Later, in 1999, we started the Elderly Care Business, followed by the launch of child care business in 2002. To date, we have consistently held the cultivation of human resources and provision of opportunities for success to them in the welfare sector as pillars of our business.
Solasto’s strengths lie precisely in our ability to welcome and cultivate these talented human resources and continually provide them with opportunities to flourish, as well as in our ability to continually change to adapt to a changing environment. We are now at a juncture where we must get back to those basics and refine our strengths.

Japan is becoming a full-fledged society with a dwindling birthrate and aging population, and is undergoing significant social changes as a result. I believe that it is only when we tackle those changes head-on and help shape a better society that we can demonstrate our true purpose.
